Central to our marketing strategy was the launch of a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign, where we aimed to rally support and secure funding for our sustainable vision. Through targeted outreach and creative campaign initiatives, we achieved 117% of our funding goal - all with organic marketing.

During my engagement, I led the charge in transforming Blow Up Agency, orchestrating both growth and a revitalization of brand identity. We focused on expanding market reach and redefining our brand essence, which resulted in a 14% revenue increase and a newfound reputation for excellence in event production.

Exponential Growth: From Local Conference to Top Regional Brand in a Year
I embarked on a mission to grow a local event into a transformative platform for youth empowerment and education. Collaborating with the School of Economics and Business and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, our aim was to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership among youth. The project resulted in 100 new jobs and over 4000 conference attendees.
Challenge
The challenge was multi-sided: to reposition the conference as a premier brand in the Balkans, expand its footprint across multiple countries, and foster collaborations with diverse stakeholders while ensuring seamless project execution.
